It was to be 3 parts. 2 if which I made it to.
The 3rd never happened with no feedback. No expectation was set as to whether I was moving forward or they were going with another candidate
I called and e-mailed to get an update. NOTHING from either form of contact.

I am sorry to hear about your post-interview experience, In March of this year, we were in the process realigning our organization. That resulted in your experience of no follow-up with your interview. The oversight was not intentional. NDCP values are Respect, Integrity and Ownership. Our values are a part of our company's culture.
The interview process was very smooth. I was contacted by a recruiter for a brief phone interview. Then I was scheduled for an in-person interview with the hiring manager. I received an email with the details of the interview.
