Quick and efficient. They were looking to fill the position fast due to need. I was called in and interviewed 2 rounds in 2 weeks. I was called into the office, and met with the head of the department. The entire conversation was casual, nothing too stressful. They are very personable at NGC. The second round was with two employees an it was similar to the first round. Just general questions about working style, adapting to a changing environment, and television.
