I received an email that they would like to schedule a phone interview. I had about a 30 minute phone interview that went very well. The conversations flowed very nicely. Then, a few days later I received a phone call that I moved on to the final round of phone interviews so I scheduled a call with a lady higher up in the company. I had my interview over the phone and it went okay, however, a few days later I received an email that I did not get the position.
