Unstructured interview process. One person didn't show up. The other two interviewers were late. Brief introductions were made before getting into the interview questions. The interviewers read basic questions off a sheet of paper and seemed uninterested in hearing answers. After one round of questions, one interviewer talked about the organization and how much work they had and how overwhelmed they felt some days. This made me lose interest in pursuing the opportunity.

It took at least 5 interviews with different groups over 5 weeks. Be patient and consistent. Lots of schedules to deconflict. Emphasize flexibility and appreciate that you are being introduced to a lot of people that you will be working with.
