I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at National Governors Association (Washington, DC)
Interview
The interview was 3 interviews. It was pretty good however, questions were difficult. The question you should prepare for is "NGA is a bipartisan hub, how do you feel about that?" specifically.

Interview
Was a bit long, think mine took about six weeks. I did three interviews, including one preliminary one with HR and a final one with the executive director. Felt straightforward. There were questions to gauge your sense of bipartisanship.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at National Governors Association (Washington, DC) in Apr 2023
Interview
First round interview. Wasn't filled with tough questions. Recruiter was friendly. Was told I'd know whether or not I'd move to the next round but have not gotten any word days after they were supposedly making the decision.
