Interview
Was fairly easy, mostly behavioral questions, just walk in and meet a manager, then go to the room and meet another manager. They go back and forth on questions. Then you have time to ask them questions .
Hr screening then standard interview with manager. The hr interview was on the phone as a first step. Then the manager for the intern has an interview coordinated by HR. The interview was virtual and the cameras were on.
It was a positive interview process that was short, I didn't hear back from them for awhile so I was pleasantly surprised when I got the call offering an internship. I really appreciated National Grid's values and they have a comprehensive internship program so I accepted.

Interview
I applied online, and was emailed about a month later to schedule an in person interview. It was a little intimidating, as there were two interviewers and one was speaking through a conference call. Overall it was basic questions.
