It was a little nerve wrecking st first being in a room with five guys looking at you and asking questions. But the guys were really down to earth cool guys so it ended up nit being to bad at all
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at National Grid (Malden, MA) in July 2015
Interview
Three people were in the room, which made the interview more nerve-racking, although most of the questions came from the lead interviewer from Human Resources. One of the people present was a Union representative. I believe that the third person was my potential supervisor. Prepare for the most common questions. Being hired is contingent upon passing a Registry (driving record) check, background check, and drug-alcohol test, along with the Field Assessment test, which you have already passed, in order to be called for the interview.

Question 1
What have you done specifically in the past to resolve a conflict with a co-worker, customer, or supervisor? Usually, this will be asked as three separate questions.
