Straightforward and utilized STAR interview system. You need to prepare accordingly with answers that have a problem and solution in every response. Not difficult as long as you follow the formula.

Interview
I enjoyed an introduction to my management team on the phone before our in-person interview. During telephone interactions, I was fortunate to be dealing with a team of employees who spoke the same professional language as me. We reviewed the job requirements, qualifications, and discussed the overlap between the experience that I bring to the position. The in-person interview was a more in-depth follow up, where we expanded upon the job demands with respect to organizational goals.
