It was great, everyone was so kind, and they had a quick turnaround with getting or declining an offer. They asked great questions that were not super hard but hard enough to get an idea of my teaching style.

Very straight forward but it felt like I was being interrogated, so I felt really off put by that. Overall they seem to already not want me from the beginning.

Interview
Manager and employees are easy going. The interview is more focused on understanding you as a person instead of drilling technical skills or asking trick questions. There are still some technical topics but the questions felt less like an exam and more like a conversation
