Applied online through Indeed and was called about scheduling an interview within a week. Interview was about 20 minutes long and casual in the dining room. Interviewer was running desk while interviewing, but was very nice.

Interview consisted of situational and behavioral questions. Tell me a time you went above and beyond the call of duty? Tell me a time you were under a lot of stress? How do you handle multiple tasks at once? Tell me about yourself. When can you start? How many hours are you able to work during the school year? Willing to work weekends?
