Easy interview because their willing to hire anybody because in order for you to find out it’s a life insurance job they force you to take the class on the spot and pay for it. And if you dont pass you don’t find out their leads they use are still cold calls which they stated I wasn’t going to be doing. Then I had bad training regarding their script which felt they didn’t need to train me on hand and just wanted individuals to learn on their own with videos truly miserable which forced me to pick up a job to pay bills during this since it’s all commission with unpaid training. The team I would’ve been on didn’t seem to want me since the leader wouldn’t follow up or check in on my training, understandably I wasn’t doing well but they let me sit idol to the point I figured I didn’t have a job anymore with all the unrealistic deadlines and due dates. And after jumping through hoops and bells all I decided to focus my career elsewhere because I realized the stress already wasn’t worth it, since I got coned into this as little info as possible regarding the position.

Organized but a long process. It’s not bad depending on who you get but it can be a long process due to them being picky which is understandable to me.
