I had a disappointing interview experience at NIMS University. Although I never applied for the Hostel Administration role, I was called and encouraged to attend because they liked my profile. I clearly informed HR that I lacked specific hostel experience, but was still asked to come for an in-person interview. I spent an entire day traveling and preparing, only to be rejected on the spot for not having the exact experience they initially overlooked.
The process felt like a waste of time and money, leaving me both financially and physically exhausted. This lack of clarity and respect for candidates’ time was frustrating and unprofessional.
