The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at National Instruments in July 2011
Interview
Was invited to an interview with NI Asean upon graduating from uni and was told to prepare a presentation about my FYP. During the interview, there were 3 other candidates and we had to do the presentation with the other contesting candidates, the AE manager and team lead, after the presentation, the candidates were asked to do a basic technical test. was called back few days later for an interview with the hiring managers and got the offer another few days later. Although i was not the brightest candidate during the interview. the interviewers were not looking for the smartest or the person with the most impressive resume. but they were looking at how well the candidate will fit into the NI culture. Very friendly and supportive team.
