Brought in and interviewed individually 3 different times, then met other candidates at end and finished interview; knowledge-based approach to interview for the most part. I did a phone interview before an in-person interview, which lasted about 15 minutes and mostly covered the job description and expectations. Afterwards, I was informed of the in-person interview at main office in Austin.
