I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at National Nail (Grand Rapids, MI)
Interview
7 Interviews. All asked similar questions. Overall a long, redundant interview process, ending having to give a powerpoint presentation (with information already interviewed about) to the executive team. Ended up accepting job offer.

Question 1
Background, how I work with others, how i take feedback,
Seemed like they weren't really interested in the beginning, wish I didn't waste my time. That had good questions, but the reaction to my answers were very vague. Hopefully moving forward they seem more interested in their interviewee

Question 1
What experience helps you be able to perform your best with us?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at National Nail (New York, NY) in July 2018
Interview
Great discussion over the phone on a Friday. Engaging dialogue and HR had a very psotive tone. After an hour was asked to make time available to meet personally with the CEO and progress to next steps the following week. Was told more details would come Monday to confirm. Monday came and went. Gave it another day and emailed to folliow-up. Still nothing. Two more days and placed a phone call figuring therr may have been so.e disruption with a long holiday weekend. Crickets again. Complete disrespect to an executive candidate with over 20 years of experience. Not even the courtesy to call back with any explanation. Glad it didn't work out but can't imagine having to work there and be treated the same way. People talk about "Midwest nice", at National Nail they are "Midwest fake" Stay away. Note to HR, show some respect to candidates and practi e what you preach.
