National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration interview questions

Very structured - they read off a list of questions related to what skills I had. This was related to the tools of the job. Additionally, they explained the role.

For each project that you are chosen to interview for, you will have a single 20 - 30 minute behavioral interview with the project mentor(s). The interview will take place on Google Meet. After the mentor(s) finish the interviews, they will rank the top 5 candidates from 1 - 5. The first candidate is guaranteed an offer and if they do not accept, the second candidate receives the offer, and so on.
