I interviewed over the phone and asked questions similar to your application for USA jobs. The project leads, or rangers will be hiring and doing the interviews. The interview lasted about 30-45 minutes.

After a brief screening phone interview which lasted 10-15 minutes I was asked to come in for a face to face interview. This lasted about an hour. We discussed my background, the position and I was given a few scenarios and asked for a response. I was called back for a second (third) interview with potential co-workers we discussed the position in more detail discussing salary and day to day operations (45 min). I was called back a week later and told the position had been offered to a more qualified applicant
