I had a phone screen with the recruiter. Once I passed that it took one week to hear back about next round. My next round was with three executives back-to-back-to-back (which isn't a problem). Then it took over 3 weeks to hear anything else, and it was a template decline email from the recruiter - zero personal touch. Very disappointing. I responded asking for feedback, and never received a response.
