This is essentially a call center job and they try to convince you that it is more than that. I find nothing wrong with a call center job, but when they tried to sugar coat the position by being dishonest I was immediately turned off. It is a cool organization with a great mission, but they are not willing to accept the business side of running a company. Great people, poor leaders.
