Had an interview with the manager. Overall pleasant with no difficult questions. Manager was seeking more information about my work ethic and why I want the position. The experience was not intimidating and went smooth.

Simple interview with basic questions. I recommend having back ground in customer service for this position. Overall easy interview. Do some research on the college as well and you will be fine

First step was a brief phone interview. Mostly reviewed my resume and discussed the position. Second step was a one on one, 45-minute in-person interview with two people. They worked through a list of questions while they took notes and gave me time to ask questions at the end. It felt conversational throughout.
