I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at National University (San Diego, CA) in July 2015
Interview
It was a basic phone interview. The whole process was pretty quick. The phone interview had straight forward questions that you get for every interview. It was with two different members of the team. Both members asked questions. When I had questions for them, they answered very quickly. It was a positive experience.

Interview
Applied online
Was scheduled for a phone interview a few days after submitting an online application. The phone interview lasted about 20 minutes and was very relaxed. The interviewer explained the role and went over details of my resume. I was scheduled for an in-person interview about a week later.
The in-person interview last about 35-45 mins. I was called back a few hours after the interview and offered the position. A background check was required, which took almost 4 weeks to come back before I could even begin training.
