Interview
The interview was conversational for the first part, and then had a roleplay session at the end to simulate an adviser-client phone call. This then needed to be written up in a very short space of time, and this proved to be absolutely impossible - there just isn't enough time to be able to write up a meeting in a mere 15 minutes.
