I interviewed at Nationwide (Columbus, OH) in Mar 2026
Interview
The initial "screener" questionaire was estimated to take 5 - 10 minutes, however, I think I took over an hour to complete it. The questionaire contained 9 questions: 1 was just identification and one was employment history so there were 7 technical and job process questions, some where multi-part questions. They were not difficult questions, but the email stating that it would take 5 to 10 minutes was misleading.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nationwide in May 2024
Interview
3 rounds interview: HR; live coding; take-home assignment and presentation. The live coding round takes 30 minutes and take-home assignment is like an hour with intense behavior/techinical questions and Q&A after presentation.

The process was very smooth, HR was very professional and provide all the information for decision making. The whole process took less than 2 weeks, it was a very good experience.
