I applied through a posting on Buckeye Careers Network (for OSU alumni) from Randstad for a downtown Columbus company. She called me 1 day later and explained she had multiple positions available at Nationwide. She brought me into the office and explained the different positions that were available and screened me for an interview. Less than 2 hours after I left the office she called me to set up an interview with one of the department managers in the retirement services department, and I had the interview the following week. The interview went very well, was very conversational, and I was given ample opportunity to sell myself. They explained the specific position, allowed me to ask questions, and then ran through the interview questions. After that I was able to ask more questions that I had. They ended up choosing a candidate with more experience, but gave my staffing coordinator at Randstad 0 negative feedback. With that, the staffer is now trying to find me different positions within Nationwide. I am leaving this review because I couldn't find any reviews about getting hired through Randstad. I hope to leave another positive review!
