This was a 3.5 stage interview including:
An HR Screen (There to provide information about the company, not just find out about you)
A panel interview with 3 current Managers.
A Final Interview with the hiring Director.
The .5 is because in between the Panel Interview and the Final Interview - they had me complete a skills survey. This survey was scenario based with a range of answers and, to me, was informative of the culture of the organization.
