Good communication and low stress interviews. Initial was technical with a mix of how you would fit in. Went over training expectations, work-life balance, roles, and responsibilities. Second interview involved hiring manager and next level up. A few technical questions but mainly fit and how skills translate to position. Overall a pleasant experience.

Received offer about a month after interview. Applied online. It took a few months to hear back. I spoke to manager at career fair and received interview on the spot. Received written offer about a month later.
