I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nationwide (Scottsdale, AZ)
Interview
Interview was scheduled within one week. They didn't get back to me for one month. Almost took another job, as I didn't know if I was selected or not for so long.
I applied online. I interviewed at Nationwide (Patuxent River, MD) in Feb 2018
Interview
Wonderful -- was able to talk to several companies that were interested in me. Was able to give them my credentials and show them what I have been doing for the last 32 years. Also able to explain to them that I have taken care of an office for 32 years. They explained how their company worked and what they expected of the person they hired.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They were interested in my job experience and also if I was licensed or could I be licensed. Asked if they could call my prior employer. If I any experience managing other employees or training any employees in insurance.
I applied online. I interviewed at Nationwide (Columbus, OH) in July 2017
Interview
Short and seemed as if I was being interviewed because of my race...meeting gov't quarterly quota. I didn't get the sense that there was an interest in moving along the interviewing process. My overall experience was not great...in fact it was awful and disappointing.
