Initial HR screening interview followed by an interview with two hiring managers. Initially scheduled for 30 minutes, lasted for an hour and 15. For an entry level call center position, I was surprised.

The process started with a phone call from a recruiter, we spent about 20min on the phone. Then we moved to and in person interview with a couple of Internal Sales and Service managers. I received an offer 2 days after the interview.
