Went through a contracting agency- I did a phone interview then a walkthrough interview with one of the managers where I sat down with one of the associates and shadow them for about 30 minutes
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What’s your experience with customer service?
Have you gone up and beyond for a client?
What are you grateful for?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nationwide
Interview
Phone interview was the first step. Basically asked me a series of situation questions, what I knew about the company, what kind of work environment I wanted to work in. After I passed the phone interview they asked me if I wanted to come into the office so I could shadow and talk in person. Received an offer later that day. The whole process took about two weeks or so.

Question 1
If your coworkers at your current job could say anything about you, what would they say?
I applied online. I interviewed at Nationwide (Columbus, OH) in Sept 2019
Interview
I was approached on Indeed by Tailored Management. Nationwide uses other companies to hire people as contractors instead of associates starting off. It took a couple of weeks for me and the Tailored Management rep to put my resume together, work on interview prep, and let her know I absolutely wanted this job. My Tailored Management was extremely helpful and sweet, and she helped me every step of the way for my interview. I had a phone interview, then I was asked to do an in-person tour of Nationwide and job shadow for the position I was going to be in. After I job shadowed for about an hour, one of the managers sat me and one other candidate to ask us what we learned during our job shadow and how we felt about the job (the shadow is the last part of the interview process). Then my Tailored Management rep suggested I send a "thank you" note to the manager who I saw that day, and I did. Then I was told I had gotten the job and was given a start date, but then that start date was pushed back a couple of weeks. The entire interview process took about a month/month and a half.
