Interview
I had a nice interview and system check, but than when I tried to upload my photo, it was rejected because it wasn't under their guidelines. I tried three times with different photos, following all their advice but it was always rejected. I tried writing them email but I got the same automatic response. It took me many weeks to go through the process and now I am unable to start tutoring - and their customer service keeps ignoring me. I am deeply dissappointed.
