Met at some random coffee shop, it was really weird. The entire process lasted about 3 minutes and I was unsure of how to feel afterwards. They quickly sent me an offer letter the next day. Clearly they were desperate and I found out later the guy that interviews me is one of a handful of higher ups that don't actually do any growing. Everyone in the office treats the growers like Burger flippers.
