Over a couple weeks, had two interviews. Both very long. First with one individual (can't remember) and the next was a panel with the director and two team members. Everyone was kind, but it was apparent that they wanted a jack of all trades and the team members were very worn thin. They asked SO many questions. At one point, it seemed like they just wanted to pick my brain and figure out how to run the team vs an actual interview. And after all that, I followed up twice and they ghosted me...
