The Interview Process was clinical - there was a panel with a mix of one senior and two intermediate personnel. They employed some sort of scoring system, as I could see them giving me a rating and writing feedback after each of my responses. I had been advised to use the same keywords and language from the job description as well as Natural England's ways of working document, as the interviewers would rate me on my direct knowledge of these.

Competency based interview usually the same competencies asked on the application. So make sure you have plenty of examples, you can use more than one per question. Answers are marked usually with a rating 1-7
