Screening -> Analytic Test (online and about 3 hours) -> analysing two marketing campaigns in terms of KPI’s and logical decisions -> Analytical interview with some logical questions , probability questions and classifying better solution long term and short term-> another analytical KPI test -> HR
1st thing is an Adam Milo test second stage is sitting with team lead and analyzing data third stage is with hr where they ask about yourself and fourth with director where he asks econometric questions

After a first HR phone Interview, the next stage was a 1hr long interview with a team lead which included analytical questions, understanding PPC concepts and real case studies (Timed questions using PPT slides which were screenshared by the Interviewer).

1. Initial HR Screen: A short introductory call (about 15-20 mins). They explained about the role, and the hiring process.
2. Technical Assessment: A type of psychometric test via Adam Milo. questions regarding math calculations, pattern identification, and graph understanding.
In-Person Analytical Interview: Met with the team lead for a practical session. They provided 2 tables containing campaign data (Impressions, Clicks, Conversions, Spend, etc.) and asked me to perform calculations regarding which campaign was more successful, how come, etc.
