Natural Lands interview questions

It was a multi-step interview process that began with a phone screen. After that there were 2 separate interviews, one with the work team and the other with the dept. head. From job application through interviews, the overall process was a bit lengthy and slow when compared to other organizations.

I received a thirty minute preliminary interview and was asked general questions about my background. I was asked for my preferred salary and was given the salary range for the job.
