very short and simple. followed by some thought provoking questions like what if scenarios and "how would you handle" type questions. the interview process was pretty easy for me .

Went on a hiring day for the company and their larger store in Houston, took me into a small makeshift office/storage facility in the back. Whole conversation lasted about 35 minutes. Met with regional manager who was coming from her a larger corporation and is trying to reshape the company.
