Nature Fresh Farms Inc. interview questions

The interview process felt unstructured and somewhat unprofessional. Instead of focusing on my skills and experience, the conversation shifted toward asking me to critique and provide suggestions for their marketing and design. I was asked questions such as what I thought of their brand, what I would change, and what strengths I would recommend highlighting. It came across less like an interview and more like they were seeking free consulting.
