The process was as described: HR screening, followed by a home assignment, a review of the assignment, and a final onsite interview.
I was ultimately rejected without receiving any feedback, which was disappointing given the time investment involved.
During the onsite, I was also asked personal questions, such as why I don’t want to return to my home country. This gave me the impression that the evaluation may have been influenced by factors beyond technical ability and role-related qualifications.
Two of the interviews exceeded the scheduled time by around 30 minutes, which felt disorganized and inconsiderate of my time.
The position was advertised as “flexible,” but when I asked about core hours, I was told they were 9 to 5. This suggests a disconnect between how the role is presented and the actual expectations.
Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend applying.
