Initial call with the recruiter. A nice chat about the role and what I am looking for. Next stage was with the hiring manager. Got deeper into the role and asked a few role specific question. 3rd round was with a peer, again quite straight forward and questions about my experience and how I could apply it to the role. Overall easy process, however after the 3rd round I was basically ghosted. I followed up 4 days after the 3rd round and was told that I will definitely get an answer early next week. This never happened. I then received an automated email stating the role has been filled, over a month after the email stating they will get back to me. It was just quite frustrating to be ghosted like this after the 3rd round of interviews.
