And what they are and will do to improve the happiness of the traveler and bottom line of the companies who use their tools.
What a wonderful and refreshing recruiting and interview process! Kudos TripActions! My very first interview was with the COO, Nancy Atkinson...and I was so impressed with her vision, confidence in TripActions, genuineness, and adaptive leadership style.
I come from 25 years in the hospitality industry, and the TripActions team set an amazingly high hospitable bar, and "New Normal" in how to interview, and authentically make a prospective team member feel welcomed, valued, and important during the entire process. Their questions were of course about my intrinsic makeup, motivations, and professional abilities...and they also did a great job uncovering not just my IQ, but also my EQ (Emotional Intelligence).
Needless to say, I have been chosen to join their team, and I am so grateful and will do what it takes to ensure success for TripActions and myself.
