I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Navan (Palo Alto, CA) in May 2018
Interview
A TripActions employee referred me and the interview process took about 4 weeks from the initial phone screen to offer. I had a great experience and the steps throughout the process were clearly explained by the recruiters. I appreciated that there were no long gaps of communication between each of the steps. The team members I met with were all really wonderful!
This is what the process looked like for me:
- Phone screen with a recruiter
- Phone screen with the hiring manager, Head of Content & Product Marketing
- On-site interview + panel presentation with CMO, Head of User Growth, Head of Content & Product Marketing, Product Manager
