Interview
The process was extremely pleasing. For sales you will do 3 rounds. First will be a phone interview with the recruiter. Second will be a phone interview with one of the SDR Managers. And the final round will be an on-site. The on-site will be a panel interview with 3 people (SDR Manager, and Account Executive, and an SDR). Don't worry, you will interview with each of them separately for about 15-30 minutes each.
It was BY FAR the best interview experience I ever had but by know means was it exactly easy. If you are an experienced SDR, you will go through it with ease, but if you are fresh out of college or not too experienced (most of their new hires will be inexperienced), it will be challenging. You get a homework assignment and must do a role-play at the on-site. The team is absolutely amazing and super engaging. They will not try and stump you. This is truly a personality interview. They are seeking to hire the right people who will be culture fits. They do not care about your education or experience!!! My new hire class consisted of Sr Software engineer who never went to college, self taught! Please be aware that they are not your average start-up! They are growing literally twice as fast as any other start-up in "hyper growth". They have more than doubled from 300 to 700+ employees in the last 6 months.
If you are young and fresh out of college, please do whatever you can (prep, study, network, etc.) to get into this company. You will most likely be promoted twice in the span of a year if you really perform (sales).
Keep in mind, the hiring process is SUPER FAST. I had to prolong it by a week because of my schedule/past role but if I was available ASAP for every step, it could have been 1.5 weeks or less.
