Navi Software Engineering Manager interview questions

An assignment was given for me to complete which I did and submitted. The complexity of it was average. The logic and everything was correct and unit test cases were also written. After rescheduling the 1 on 1 interview multiple times, they mentioned that I didn't clear the screening round which had the assignment.
