Navia Benefit Solutions Contract Manager interview questions

I applied and was contacted for an interview the same day. That was great. What was great was the interview itself. Not only was the hiring manager 8 minutes late to the interview, but she didn't even apologize for it! As far as the interview goes, there was no interview. All she did was talk about herself for about 20 minutes straight in one big run on sentence, and wouldn't let me ask her anything at the end since we ran out of time. It was just her blabbering the entire time! I couldn't believe how miserable this experience was.
