Super simple one way interview with a software that gives you 6 questions. You need to answer in less than two minutes and you have unlimited tries. Took me a long time to be perfect. Then I got denied afterwards.

Super dehumanizing experience. Instead of hiring a recruiter to do something as simple as a 20min screening call, why not invest thousands of dollars into something as impersonal as an AI screening service that will evaluate your answers and every move and eye contact. I would steer clear of any company that practices this discriminatory form of interviewing.
