Interview
The interview process was smooth and well structured. It included an HR screening followed by technical discussions based on real-world scenarios. Interviewers were professional, and communication throughout the process was clear and timely.

Interview
I joined Naviga on a contract basis through MountBlue Technologies. The interview and selection process was conducted by MountBlue, followed by an intensive training program. After completing the training, I was deployed to Naviga for a one-year contract. As a result, there was no separate interview process conducted directly by Naviga in my case.
