I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Navtech Radar in Jan 2021
Interview
HR set up online interview with manager
Someone who appeared disinterested conducted interview, not interested about experience and had set idea of doing things so felt like they wanted a sales robot. When we discussed salary that killed the interview and interviewer couldn't wrap up the call any quicker. why hold an interview with someone with a sales director background if you want a process monkey?
As expected, HR ghosted me after interview just as professional as the interview conducted. only thing I appreciated is that i didn't take time of and travel there to be treated that way.

Question 1
Focused on product experience, quite a unique product from this company which initially excited me but to think they will land someone with product knowledge is far fetched!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Navtech Radar (Wantage, England) in Aug 2018
Interview
The interview was laid back and casual. The first interview lasted around two hours - there were some general questions about myself and my experience, followed by a psychometric test. The psychometric test was simply to see what you are like as a person, and not too much of an interview. Even though it was long it was relaxed and breaks could be taken at any time. The second interview was in the office and was a variety of tasks such as a data driven spreadsheet and a draft of a press release, but I'm sure this would be very different for an engineering role.
