To sum up in few words "very long hiring process".
First you have to apply, either by visiting office, University drives and stuff like that. I did it online.
Then you're shortlisted, sometimes this take months if not years. Until the management has lost enough engineers they will just keep you in the grey area. Once a certain number of employees leave they will hire you in batch. So they will short list the candidates.
After that you will have to come for an mental evaluation, if you pass this baseless test.
Couple of months later I was called for written test
Then final interview.
After couple of months later, I got the offer letter 20k salary, lol. So I had no other job so I had to accept it. The clown head of HR made so many promises but non of them came true. It only happens to like 3% of engineers hired. They will tell you there are like systems, core departments but you'll end up in technical support for the rest of your career in this company like the rest of 99% of batch.
Whole procedure took about 6-7 months for me.
