Question 1
What red flags would you look for in transaction monitoring?
Thank you for the recruitment process and the technical interview experience. Compared to many other companies, the whole process felt noticeably more friendly, respectful, and well-structured — the way it should be.
For me, a great interview is a conversation where both sides explore mutual interest and fit, not a situation where someone tries to self-assert at another person’s expense. Your interviewers created exactly that kind of environment: professional, open, and supportive, while still being thorough and technical.
Thank you again. I’m excited to join Nayax and looking forward to working together.

Interview
It was a delightful interview process. I had a phone interview with HR, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and then an in-person interview with both HR and the hiring manager. There was also an integrity test and a reference check.
Everything went smoothly. HR and the hiring manager were friendly and clear throughout the process. It felt like they wanted to assess the fit without making the candidate feel uncomfortable.
Communication was excellent and prompt, and they were open, flexible and understanding.
Overall, it was a very positive experience.
