Neal Communities interview questions

There were several rounds of testing (Wonderlic, Myers-Briggs, etc.) in addition to phone interview and then two in-person interviews. They call it the gauntlet, but the result, with only a few exceptions, is a group of highly capable, driven people who are dependable and good at their jobs.

HR scheduled a Zoom interview with the hiring manager to start, then I completed two online assessments and then a final interview in person with the VP of Construction, VP of Operations and VP of HR.
